Nick Davison: President of Sterling Investment Group. He made his mark renovating undervalued properties and developing multifamily holdings.
Christopher Russell: Managing Director of Mercatus Partners, the real estate investment arm of Andina Family Offices. The firm specializes in wealth management, including real estate as part of a legacy portfolio.
